Donald Blasky

Donald works as a Program Director for Bay Area Community Resources in San Rafael, California. He is a graduate of Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and San Francisco State University. He has been a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1990, and worked in private practice for many years with troubled adolescents and their families, while also serving in community-based agencies. Don now specializes in developing and managing school-linked services programs, to ensure that all young people get the services they need to be successful. His work is grounded in a strong risk and resiliency model, emphasizing youth development and collaborative models of service.

Pam and Don founded LifeAlign in 1998 out of their commitment to further align their lives and their work in service to others. They have been together in partnership and marriage for 20 years and love parenting their son.
